Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
 
 
Pastor Jeremy Robinson, Pastor

Pastor Jeremy and his wife Pam came to East Hartford in June of 2017. Jeremy is a native of Lawrenceburg, KY, but spent 8 years as a church planter/missionary in Fargo, ND. He is a 2006 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a B.A. (Religious Studies) and a 2009 graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in Missions, Evangelism, and Church Growth. Pam and Jeremy have two sweet little girls, Hannah (2012) and Olivia (2014). They love to go on walks as a family, find cool new places to eat and play, and cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, Florida Gators, and North Dakota State Bison.

Pastor Andy Gowins, Pastor

Pastor Andy Gowins and his wife Debbie, have been serving at EHBC since October 1, 2011.  Andy is from the little town of Possum Trot, Kentucky (approximately 15 miles southeast of Paducah). He is a 1991 graduate of Western Kentucky University (WKU) with a B.A. (History and Government) and a Masters of Public Administration (WKU 1992).  He graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBTS) in 2002 with a Masters of Divinity and again in 2006 with a Doctorate of Education. Born in 1969, Andy is a native of Western Kentucky.  He now resides in Hartford, KY with Debbie (an elementary school teacher), his daughter Dakota, his son Duncan, and their chow mix dog – Begger.  When Andy is not writing, preaching, teaching, researching, or serving the church, he can be found playing with his children and family, golfing with Dakota, hunting with Duncan, reading, camping, playing the guitar, or sitting in the cheap seats with his son.

 Cody Corley, Minister of Worship
Cody and his wife Keyona have been a part of the EHBC family since 2014, though they were married at East Hartford in 1999. They have three children – Jacob, Emma, and Alexis. Cody has a passion for leading God’s people in worship as well as teaching and discipling through God’s Word. He is a graduate of Ohio County High School and the Ohio County Area Technology Center.  Cody is currently a Maintenance Supervisor at Perdue Foods and enjoys reading, camping, and competitive shooting sports.

Nicky PicNicky Wallace, Church Secretary Nicky and her husband, Ronnie, have been married for 22 years. They have three kids- Ronnie, Nicholas, and Emily. Nicky has been a member of EHBC since 1984 and is excited to serve in her new role as church secretary.

Church SecretaryJon Johnson, Technology Director/Coordinator Jon Johnson is currently East Hartford Baptist Church’s Technology Director/Coordinator.  Jon, his wife Chenille and son Tyler have been a part of the EHBC family since 2009.  Jon is a graduate from Ohio County High School, received his Bachelors of Science in Middle Grades Education from Western Kentucky University, Masters in Library Media Science from Western Kentucky University and Rank I in Counseling from University of the Cumberlands.  Jon is currently the Media Specialist at Ohio County Middle School.
